With a solid background in CRM and proven success in digital marketing, as CRM Manager you will be business-minded and commercially-driven. With a sound understanding of data and analytics, the CRM Manager will be a superb communicator, and meticulously organised. Able to deal with multiple projects and manage their time in a fast-paced environment, the CRM Manager will have managed a budget, and understand the needs of customers to maximise repeat business.
With a significant understanding of customer loyalty, you will ensure that all databases are kept perfectly up to date, and communicate effectively with all the firm’s key stakeholders to ensure no stone is left unturned. With retention at the heart of your work, you will explore online and offline channels to make the most of all opportunity to connect with customers, and tailor campaigns to different groups to increase engagement at every corner. Persistent in your work, you will be the go-to for customer data, and ensure your understanding of the consumer base is second-to-none.
