Digital Marketing Manager, Bishop’s Stortford -
If you’re looking for a role that uses both your technical expertise and your creativity, then this is it. Working with a wonderful organisation that we know well, the team is small but global, with a flexible culture of absolute collaboration and trust. You won’t be chained to a desk five days a week and you’ll actively be encouraged to bring innovative new ideas to the table. It’s a challenging role – the company is in a big growth phase – but a rewarding and exciting one, and an opportunity to really make an impact in this software organisation.
Experience in B2B software or technology is vital here; you will need to know the subtle challenges of working with software and how to promote it successfully. If you do not have experience in software or technology, then please do not apply as it will not be considered.
A strategic thinker as well as a hands-on implementer, you will need a solid working knowledge of a marketing automation platform such as Marketo or Eloqua, and will be comfortable working with SEO and PPC. You will be fiercely-commercial, knowing that everything you do – regardless of method – needs to ultimately generate revenue, so you will be comfortable with creating and nurturing leads, working to KPIs, predicting trends and analysing the results.
Creativity also features strongly here; we need someone not afraid to try new things, who can design and implement radical new campaigns and who can challenge the norms, setting themselves apart from the competition.
This is a wonderful mixture of objective, technical skills and subjective creativity, and offers a real chance to make a significant impact on this agile and global software company. With real progression on offer, a vast amount of trust and autonomy is rewarded to the candidate with the drive, enthusiasm and imagination to make this work. Furthermore, the offices are beautiful, the hours are flexible, and the people are great, so get in touch and apply!
Well-connected by road and rail, you can easily commute to the offices from Cambridge, London, Harlow, Chelmsford, Colchester, Hatfield, Braintree, Stevenage, Welwyn Garden City, Luton, Cheshunt, Hemel Hempstead and St Albans.
