With a marketing team of over 40 and incredible growth over the last few years, we are delighted to be working with them again to find an established Product owner to join their Hertfordshire based team.
The Role –
This is an amazing opportunity for a highly experienced digital expert to join a large and very busy marketing team of 11 digital marketeers, with a wider marketing team of 40. You will be responsible for managing and developing the expertise of 4 direct reports.
Leading the team, you will create and deliver the digital strategy across email, social, paid media, and the companies online community. You will live and breath Digital, have an innovative approach with proven success in developing engaging cross-channel, integrated digital campaigns within the retail sector.
Reporting directly into the head of digital, and working collaboratively with the wider marketing functions, particularly the online trading and insight teams, you will lead the digital marketing offering and ensure the continuous improvement across all digital marketing activities.
Key requirements –
- Significant experience in a Digital Marketing role
- Retail Marketing experience
- Expertise in developing multi-channel digital marketing strategies
- Proven experience across email, social media, paid media and digital display campaigns (both strategic and hands on)
- A/B Testing
- Experience across Google, Bing, and Facebook ads/ Ad Manager
- Previous use of Google Analytics
- Agency, team and budget Management
With offices in Hertfordshire this position is commutable from Stevenage, Royston, Cambridge, Biggleswade, Harpenden, St Albans and Bishop's Stortford.
