Our client has been established for over half a century, during which time they have provided invaluable products and care to a broad demographic of customers. 50 years has seen some fantastic innovations in technology, not least the internet. A tool which they have developed in to the very core of their business. With technology developing at an ever-increasing rate this new Digital Product Manager role plays a pivotal role in the future success of the business, ensuring a world class app to retain their position at the top of their field. You’ll need unrivalled experience in roadmaps/frameworks, excellent communication skills and a strong project lead capability.
As the Digital Product Manager, you will work closely with a number of senior stakeholders within the broader marketing and development teams to implement a strategy to exceed on delivery and wow their customer audience. Customers want to be excited by the app, to be engaged with valuable content/features and easy functionality. This in turn will ensure consistent, repeat usage of the app through the life cycle from initial download, on boarding and beyond. With customer expectations ever evolving you will cover full product life cycle, from cradle to grave. The roadmap you put it place will be the driving force to ensure this is delivered, all measured against key KPIs.

Due to the location of their offices, this position is commutable from London, Stevenage, Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, Watford, Luton, Hemel Hempstead, Harlow, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Hitchin, Letchworth, Biggleswade, Royston, Saffron Walden and Cheshunt.
