Event Coordinator (9 month contract), Hertford -
Our client, a leading one-of-a-kind not for profit organisation based in Hertford are seeking an Event Coordinator to join their 6 strong team on a 9 months initial maternity cover contract basis, with the potential for extension.
Reporting into the Events Manager you will be responsible for coordinator all events activities across the company and membership network. You’ll organise locations, content providers, and ensure all logistics are clear, complied with, and run as smooth as possible! You’ll utilise digital and printed marketing channels to ensure events literature is distributed and engaged with, maintaining good communication with internal stakeholders and attendees alike.

In order to be considered for this position, you’ll have a minimum of 18 months events marketing experience, and ideally come from a not for profit or charity background – though all backgrounds will be considered.
This is a full-time office based permanent position within the business, as is commute from areas such as Stevenage, St Albans, Potters Bar, Cheshunt, Letchworth, Hitchin, Baldock, Ware, Hoddesdon, Harlow and Welwyn Garden City areas.
