Head of CRM, Watford -
We’re delighted to be working in partnership with a European market leading business that are searching for a dynamic Head of CRM to complement their experienced digital team.
Overseeing the CRM for the UK arm of the business, you will be responsible for delivering the knowledge and understanding of all things relating to the customer and using that knowledge to drive the business forward. Your passionate and forward thinking, strategic approach will ensure that you become an integral part of the team and a real driving force within the business.
By implementing a data driven approach to hit defined KPI’s, your main objective will be to grow revenue through engagement, retention and loyalty of customers. You will drive customer engagement, loyalty and retention through all CRM channels by taking bold decisions based on sound customer insights and translating this feedback into actionable recommendations. Managing a team of three direct reports you will continually optimise the customer journey and identify new opportunities for growth, whilst guiding and developing the CRM team.
The role would suit an experienced, senior level CRM professional with a minimum of five years’ experience operating within a B2C ecommerce retail environment and who has managed complex email marketing campaigns as well as managed a team.
Good technical knowledge and expertise, together with a creative and passionate approach, are essential requirements and you will need to be a proactive individual who is constantly looking for new ways to do things better and enhance the customer experience.
