Head of Marketing, Bishop's Stortford -
A renowned financial services organisation based on the Hertfordshire/Essex border is looking for an experienced marketing professional to join their successful and growing team as their new Head of Marketing. This role would be suited to a practised Senior Marketing Manager looking to progress to the next stage in their career or even an established Head of Marketing looking for a change.
This outstanding opportunity will see you developing strategy for a multi-sited retail FS operation whilst building brand equity and product differentiation. It is likely that you have experience in a similar organisation or a branded retail environment and evidence of successful team leadership skills, as you’ll be managing a marketing department of eight from the off. Ideally you will be degree educated with CIM qualifications or an MBA would be desirable, and you should be able to demonstrate mastery of strategic planning, product management and marketing leadership.
