We are very excited to be working with a very well-established company, who run international conferences and seminars for professionals within financial services globally. This is a very unique opportunity to join a small but a very established team of individuals who really make a difference within the industry. The company is currently looking for a Relationship Manager to join them on a full-time basis to manage their investor client relations and take an care about their individual account management by providing them with excellent customer service and outstanding communication skills.
As a Relationship Manager, you will be engaging with companies’ current clients, but also researching and building valuable relationships with potential new investors. Some of the main job responsibilities will get you stuck into:
- Engaging with existing clients and building new relationships with potential ones
- Updating and developing companies’ current database
- Researching new leads
- Using social media
- Attending approximately 20 events per year globally
- Maintaining industry knowledge
- Representing company at the events and a variety of conferences
- Daily communication by email, phone and social media channels
