The Role – Senior Brand Manager
This position is a stand-alone brand management role working on one of their brilliant brands. There will be budget management responsibility, and strategic thinking as well as hands on implementation. This is a varied and broad role that will support the marketing director in their exciting growth plans.
Responsibilities could include:
- Developing the yearly brand strategy.
- Delivering detailed marketing plans alongside creative and sales teams.
- Keeping track and budget management.
- Working with agencies to plan and manage various marketing campaigns.
- Developing relationships and working collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners.
The Requirements – Senior Brand Manager
You will be degree educated with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a brand management role. You will have exposure of working within the FMCG arena and have had experience of working in a competitive market. Personality wise you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be proactive in your approach as well as being comfortable and assertive during changes in a growing business. You will be confident when dealing with senior stakeholders and clear and concise in your approach.
