Senior Insight Manager, Hatfield -
Our award winning and hugely successful client is currently searching for a Senior Insight Manager to help shape and drive their shopper marketing strategy, based in leafy Hertfordshire.
With at least 3 years’ experience in a data and insight focused marketing role and a strong command of a variety of consumer data platforms; you will be confident analysing large quantities of data and creating compelling narratives to ensure this business stays ahead of the curve – and its competitors – and that they are aware of all the latest trends and developments in their industry. With exceptional communication skills and the passion and drive to succeed, this exciting role offers plenty of autonomy and the chance to drive the insight strategy within an already established and successful marketing team.
As Senior Insight Manager, you will use your exceptional analytical skills to extract, evaluate and translate insight data into actionable strategies for the business. Your focus will be to create a series of insight led shopper marketing strategies for the business and working with key stakeholders to ensure these are implemented.
Not only must you be comfortable collating, handling and analysing data, you must also be able to produce easy to digest reports, whilst also being able to coherently and concisely present information to key stakeholders in an engaging and exciting manner. This role will give you the opportunity to use both your commercial and analytical mind with your creative flair, to create visually appealing reports and presentations that are more than just a pie chart and a lot of numbers!
Strong relationship building skills and interpersonal skills are essential in this role, as you will be working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to help drive the shopper marketing strategy. Confidence presenting to groups of stakeholders at all levels is key; we need an engaging and eloquent public speaker who can take raw data and turn it into a persuasive and compelling customer strategy. You’ll be able to tell a story, visualising the customer journey for your audience, with added actionable insights to increase sales and improve performance.
