Social Media and Content Manager, Hertford -
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced social media and content marketing focused professional to join a leading non-for-profit organisation on a permanent basis. So, if you have a proven passion for social media marketing, this is the position you’ve been waiting for!
You’ll be responsible for developing the social media strategy including budget planning, growing followers and increasing engagement and awareness across all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. You’ll also create and proof-read content in the form of blogs, adverts and digital newsletters, ensuring on brand guidelines are met and data is collected and reported on.
Reporting into the Marketing Manager and working with the wider marketing team of circa 6, this is an exciting opportunity to really own the social media side of the business and work across departments to develop and provide your insight with others.
In order to be considered for this position, you’ll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a social media and content focused marketing position, and ideally come from a commercial not-for-profit or charity background. Those from all other industry backgrounds however will be considered. This is a full-time office based permanent position within the business, and a brand-new role!
With offices based in Hertford, a short walk away from a train station, this position is commutable from Stevenage, St Albans, Potters Bar, Cheshunt, Letchworth, Hitchin, Baldock, Ware, Hoddesdon, Harlow and Welwyn Garden City areas.
