A growing company based just outside of Leicestershire are looking to bring in a Senior Marketing Executive. Within the role you’ll implement marketing activities and promotional campaigns, working in a team to support the Head of Marketing with a broad range of responsibilities.

With a busy year ahead, you will be given the reins to think creatively on how to get through to new customers and the freedom to make your own decisions. With close links to the international sales teams, you’ll need to retain and optimise the UK and international customers through efficient campaign management. Email execution will be key, so previous exposure to email automation systems is desirable and will come in handy.
As a person, you’ll need to have top communication skills to ensure that you and your colleagues are always on the same page and that projects are progressing as expected. Strong commercial awareness is also a bonus, along with having previously launched a product to the consumer market. However, they’re hiring hugely on personality, and the ability to be flexible and adapt will be necessary in this fast-paced role.
