A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive and experienced E-commerce Manager to join a leading and highly reputable ecommerce organisation, initially a 9-month maternity cover contract. With a positive nature you must be commercially minded, and have a passion for internet retail. You have an in-depth knowledge of the online marketplace and retail trends which you will use to coach and lead your team to successfully implement core strategies. You’ll need fantastic organisational skills and an analytical eye to confidently identify trends from commercial data and make recommendations to shape the ongoing success of the business.
As the E-commerce Manager you will lead a small team, reporting in to the Head of Ecommerce. You will work closely with several teams within the broader marketing cast. Within your remit is the responsibility of developing seasonal promotional strategies, taking core affiliate product range to market, successfully launching new products, oversight of website content and management of the optimisation roadmap. To be successful it is essential you have a profound knowledge of digital marketing channels, including Social, Email and PPC, as well as experience with MVT tools. You will use this to look after the monitoring and reviewing of customer journey data, providing valuable insight with a view to optimising sales conversions.
