This role would suit either an existing Product Manager, or a Senior Marketing Executive/Junior Marketing Manager looking to take a step up into this role. Working with high level stakeholders both internally and externally you must be a confident communicator, able to influence at all levels, with drive and zest for your role.
As the NPD Manager, you will work closely with your peers to ensure that the product offerings lead the market in this highly competitive arena. To keep at the forefront of innovation you will use all the strings to your bow to shape the product strategy. This includes product concept development, refining current designs, managing technical data and product specification, packaging design and marketplace price points. Due to the seniority and requirements of this role a degree or similar in marketing is a precursor to your success, along with excellent project management skills and experience with CAD software.
