This really is an amazing opportunity for you to develop your skills and experience within a thriving FMCG business based in Northamptonshire who are expanding and looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to play a key role in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies for a specific product category. You must have excellent communication skills and be enthusiastic, motivated, career driven, have excellent time management and organisational skills and have good IT skills.
As part of your role you will undertake various project work to support the brand team and will get the opportunity to be involved in all elements of the marketing mix. This will include managing an agreed budget, analysing brand performance against budget, briefing and coordinating external agencies, assisting with promotional advertising campaigns, manage all day to day issues relating to product groups within the product category. You will also be heavily involved with social media, PR, new product development, above the line communications and in-store trade execution.
