Brand Manager, Northampton -
Our innovative and market leading client is currently searching for an experienced Brand Manager to join their busy team in Northamptonshire on a permanent basis. With at least 4 to 5 years’ brand management experience for a large consumer brand under your belt, you will be confident devising strategic and comprehensive brand plans that will help to drive brand awareness and market share. With a strong commercial awareness and the passion and drive to constantly innovate and develop your brands, delivering an engaging brand communications strategy and improving brand visibility.
As Brand Manager, you’ll be responsible for one of this organisation's most well known and established brands. Understanding the consumer and this brand’s specific tone of voice will be key in this role, as you will need to hit the ground running and develop exciting and innovative brand campaigns in line with consumers’ expectations. Using consumer insights, market data and competitor analysis, you will develop creative, engaging and exciting brand campaigns and activity, to ensure this brand remains at the forefront of customers’ minds and leads the industry. Working from concept through to activation and evaluation, you will be responsible for ensuring all marketing and communications activity is on brand and helping to drive the brand presence. To help drive brand performance, you will also regularly conduct product performance reviews and work with internal teams on NPD to meet consumers changing needs and expectations.

This position is commutable from Northampton, Milton Keynes, Corby, Peterborough, Market Harborough, Bedford, Biggleswade, Daventry and parts of Leicestershire.
