The role includes some UK travel, so all interested candidates must be willing and able to visit the multiple locations.
As the CRM Analyst you will be responsible for implementation of the CRM strategy. You will use your data insights to target core demographics through tailored campaigns. Your campaigns will be delivered with the specific purpose of gaining repeat customer business. As such it is essential you understand how the customers are using the facilities and entice them to return, constantly reviewing key metrics to improve performance. This is a highly analytical and data heavy role, so the ideal candidate will be educated in math or similar subject matter to degree level or equivalent. You will need to be competent in translating technical data in to easily digestible English to deliver core messages to key stakeholders, and similarly take briefs and translate them in to a technical data to drive future campaigns.
