Description

A charity based in Northamptonshire are looking a Marketing & Digital Communications Manager to join their marketing team to create campaigns that raise valuable funds for the charity. As this role is strongly digitally-focussed, but still incorporates many aspects of print-based marketing, it is essential that you have experience in all aspects of on- and offline marketing and communications.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, as Marketing & Digital Communications Manager, your responsibilities will include: developing and implementing the marketing strategy; acting as a brand ambassador; developing tactics to maintain and increase fundraising and support for the charity’s cause; creating, developing and implementing digital strategies – including increasing digital footfall through SEO and keyword searches; managing website development; and managing social media accounts.

For this role, our client would like for you to have a degree in marketing or an equivalent qualification (for example, Chartered Institute of Marketing diploma); additionally, there will be a substantial amount of marketing collateral production, therefore it is vital that you are skilled in writing and proofing copy; lastly, due to the nature of this role, the ability to drive and flexibility to travel is essential.
