Marketing Manager, Oxford -
A huge organisational body in Oxfordshire are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their busy marketing team. Within this role you will be responsible for looking after a hardworking team of marketing professionals, therefore it is essential that you have experience of line management and feel comfortable with the delegation of tasks.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, as Marketing Manager, your main focus within all of your duties shall be the overall consumer experience – this should always be at the forefront of your mind when fulfilling your responsibilities, which will include: developing, implementing and analysing the effectiveness of crucial marketing strategies; managing a multitude of multifaceted projects – ensuring that communications and management with all parties involved is clear and uniform throughout; and being data-driven within the entirety of your work – giving key research outcomes precedence when developing strategies, key content, product launches and more!
Due to the fast-paced, wide-ranging nature of this role, it is vital that you have exceptional prioritisation and time management skills; the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues of all levels; and a proven capability when it comes to developing effective significant marketing strategies in line with company values and objectives.
