Marketing Manager - 6 month contract - fixed term, Banbury -
A key role contributing to the development and implementation of vital marketing plans for a fast growing, global business. Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager and working closely with the sales, operational, product managers and other key stakeholders the Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing data driven end to end campaigns and managing the budget of a variety of multi-channel campaigns in order to monitor the client journey and maximise engagement and drive ROI.
Key responsibilities will include the development of messaging and campaign themes that reflect the proposition and has impact; the implementation of both online and offline collateral to support the marketing and sales process; maximise engagement through the construction of creative content; utilise direct channels such as email to drive direct enquiries; manage a budget and deliver ROI; ensure campaigns are tracked and measured; utilise both internal team and external agency support effectively whilst working in partnership with external stakeholders to increase reach in target markets.
This role would suit an experienced marketer with end to end campaign management experience, stakeholder management experience, strong communication skills and a dynamic and enthusiastic personality.
It’s a fast-paced role in a new department which continues to evolve, so the ability to think on your feet and adapt to change will be key. There is a strong possibility that this role will develop into a permanent role after 6 months.
