Here at Brand, we are pleased to be working with a leading independent educational organisation who are currently looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their vivacious and dedicated team. This is a fantastic role for recent marketing graduates who are looking for their first step on the ladder to a successful career.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, as Marketing Assistant, you will fully immerse yourself in the culture of the school, and not be afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in with the diverse range of responsibilities that may be presented to you on a daily basis. You will be contributing to a wide range of collateral with team members across the marketing team; playing a key role in events management; and regularly utilising digital marketing and social channels to convey key messaging to a wider outreach. You will also be confident in promoting positive customer experience – involving answering online and telephone queries in a personable and professional manner, always putting customer journey first.
Due to the requirements of this role, you will need experience of social media accounts – creating and scheduling eye-catching posts that are relevant to current school life; as well as being proficient in Adobe InDesign and email marketing platforms to enable the successful creation and deployment of a variety of campaigns. You will also need to be able to work autonomously and collaboratively with your fellow team members, and be degree-educated within a relevant subject.
