Are you a Senior Brand Manager/ Marketing Manager looking for a new opportunity to join a premium retail brand with strong international presence? Ideally with at least five years FMCG industry experience you will have previous budgetary experience, able to drive brand plans and manage a small team.
Premium positioning is at the heart of everything for this organization and you will be tasked with engaging and inspiring a brand vision and strategy within the wider business. Key responsibilities will be to prepare, implement and evaluate branded marketing activity across all channels; Maintain a strong understanding of the market data and category by utilising relevant data sources; Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and use the knowledge to develop new SKU’s; Manage agencies and ensure that they are aligned with the brand strategy; Ensure that sales teams are well equipped with the tools required to sell the brand, including up to date brand plans and presentations.
As a self-starter with excellent initiative and strong project management skills you will already have experience at brand management level within the FMCG sector and will be able to demonstrate strategic ability putting together brand initiatives, as well as being able to implement and execute campaigns.
