Calling all Buckinghamshire-based Brand Managers: our award-winning client is currently searching for a passionate and driven Brand Manager to join their bustling and growing team.
With at least 3 years’ Brand Management experience already under your belt in a consumer goods business, you will be confident devising, implementing and managing marketing campaigns and brand plans across multiple brands. You will have a proven track record in developing and growing brands to increase brand awareness, market share and, ultimately, result in an uplift in sales. This is a varied role that encompasses the full marketing mix, including developing brand strategies, managing PR, overseeing social media, creating key POS materials and marketing collateral and assisting with NPD.
As Brand Manager, you will have the opportunity to work across a number of instantly-recognisable brands within a busy marketing division. You will oversee the implementation and activation of the marketing plan, with the aim to drive consumer demand across a variety of brands and platforms, including PR, digital and events. You will be responsible for the creation of POS materials to promote key product lines in retail spaces, as well as developing key merchandising materials to grab the consumer’s attention in an overcrowded market place. Using your exceptional analytical skills, you will analyse brand activity and performance, as well as the performance of individual product lines to ensure the company remains a key player in the industry, recommending improvements for future brand activity.
