A market-leading consumer organisation is currently searching for a CRM assistant to join their busy team in Peterborough. If you are passionate about customer communications and have at least 1 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you to develop your skills within a unique, growing brand. You will have a creative mind, as well as being adept and analysing and interpreting data. You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and be a personable individual who puts the customer at the heart of everything you do. Experience of email marketing, social media, print media and direct mail would be beneficial within this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing customer communication strategies, ensuring that the correct channel is used for all communications and that all target consumers are reached. You will analyse all brand communications to ensure maximum efficacy and report insights back to the company. You will also assess any promotions and competitions, including on social media, to ensure maximum customer retention and conversion. Engaging with the customer is at the heart of this role, you will be experienced in creating compelling communications in a customer facing role.
