A market-leading consumer organisation is currently searching for two CRM marketers to join their busy team, one CRM Executive and one slightly more junior role. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and/or customer services and will be adept at analysing data. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively within a team. Experience of email marketing, social media and direct mail would be beneficial within this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing customer communication strategies, ensuring that the correct channel is used for all communications. You will analyse all brand communications to ensure maximum efficacy and report insights back to the company. You will also assess any promotions and competitions, including on social media, to ensure maximum customer retention and conversion.
