An exciting opportunity has just become available for an Events Coordinator to join an interesting not for profit association based in a well-connected town between Cambridge and Peterborough.
Educated to degree level and with a couple of years’ experience planning B2B events within your current role, you will of course be familiar with event planning and logistics. You will naturally be exceptionally organised with enviable time and diary management skills.
Working with the sales and marketing team, some of your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Sourcing and booking venues;
- Promotion of events through digital marketing;
- Booking travel and accommodation for staff;
- Supervising event staff;
- Ordering promotional merchandise;
- Managing a busy events calendar;
- Post event analysis.
The organisation works across the UK and overseas therefore extensive travel will be required when you attend events.
Their Cambridgeshire offices are best suited to those commuting from Cambridge, Peterborough, Huntingdon, St Neots, Ely, Kettering, Bedford and surrounding areas.
