A leading international educational institute based just outside the city centre is looking for a driven and hardworking administrator to lead their busy Events team for 8 months. You must be a natural communicator and be confident and organized; the company culture will suit someone who thrives on challenges and is keen to work hard.
Your aim as the Events Manager will be to deliver organized events which truly showcase the organization. Your duties will include:
- Working with clients to plan their event;
- Plan project timelines and ensure these are adhered to;
- Budget management;
- Supplier management (i.e. caterers and venues);
- Produce content for promotional material;
- Line management of an Events and Marketing Administrator.
