This award-winning organisation is looking for a marketer with extensive and proven experience in creating, implementing, maintaining and analysing marketing strategies and campaigns for a large consumer organisation. Having previously managed a team, you will be a motivational leader, encouraging your team to produce exceptional work that meets and exceeds all targets and expectations.
As Head of Creative Marketing Services, you will oversee the production of creative materials across all disciplines, and give direction to team members to ensure all materials are on-brand and meet the exceptionally high standards required. You will need strong working proficiency in various design packages and a creative design background would be advantageous. This is an extremely hands-on role in which you will work with various members of the team, other departments and external agencies to provide creative solutions in line with company expectations.

Due to the location of this Cambridge office, this role is commutable from Cambridge, Cambourne, St Ives, Huntingdon, Newmarket, Bar Hill, Bury St Edmunds, Bishop’s Stortford, Haverhill, St Neots, Royston, Hitchin, Ely, Saffron Walden, Peterborough, Harlow and Bedford.
