A rapidly-expanding, national e-commerce business is looking for an experienced digital marketer to join their growing team. Being able to quickly adapt and think on your feet, as Marketing Manager you will have a broad skillset and a sound understanding of all elements of the marketing mix, in both the traditional and digital sense. With knowledge of e-commerce a considerable bonus, you will ideally have superb people skills and be confident with managing a team. A keen influencer, you will have solid understanding of digital marketing, especially with maximising online campaigns.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will design, implement and run the company’s core strategic marketing plan, whilst keeping the brand equity at the forefront of everything they do. With a broad skillset, you will not only carry out the marketing strategy, you’ll also report on its effectiveness and help drive the company’s future activity. With a keen digital understanding, this role will see you design and implement the digital marketing initiatives, from emails to social media, whilst maximising the company’s website to strategically achieve new business and consistently aim to increase productivity.

Due to the location of this Cambridge-based office, the role is commutable from Bishops Stortford, Luton, Milton Keynes, Letchworth, Hitchin, Peterborough, Northampton, St Neots, Bury St Edmunds, Ely, Bedford, Braintree, Chelmsford and Colchester.
