It is preferable that you will have gained experience in a food, agricultural or indeed ingredients business. This new position will manage the strategic process with the aim of optimising revenue and increasing the brand’s profile across the entire business.
This Marketing Manager role is accountable for developing effective marketing strategies, in line with business objectives, which support and integrate with other channels. Optimising company awareness, driving forward brand plans, as well as coordinating product launches and promotional activity are key aspects of your remit.
Important to this role are strong project management skills for tracking, measuring and refining key performance metrics as is your experience managing agency relationships and practicing strong negotiation budgetary skills. Everything about marketing is measurable in this role and they’ll be looking for a candidate with a good grounding in analytics and ROI based marketing techniques.
