An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and outgoing Digital Marketing Assistant to join a hugely-successful consumer business in their vibrant and bustling Essex head office. Ideally, you will already have 1-2 years’ experience already under your belt working on an ecommerce website for a retail business and be confident implementing changes to an active, commercial website and have a thorough understanding of coding. You will have exceptional project management and organisational skills, and be able to work on multiple digital marketing campaigns at any given time. As Digital Marketing Assistant, you will look after a hugely successful retail website, implementing key marketing campaigns and promotional activity to drive online sales to the site. You will be responsible for creating key content and imagery for the website and updating website content on a regular basis. You will work alongside the wider marketing team to ensure all website content adheres to the wider brand strategy and is aligned with key promotions and launches. Proven experience of SEO would be extremely beneficial, as the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all website content is optimised for SEO purposes, to secure higher search engine rankings. A key aspect of this role is to produce reports for key stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness and success of digital marketing strategies and provide recommendations for future activity, so experience using Google Analytics would be expected.
