An expanding and innovative retail business in Hertfordshire is looking for an experienced marketer to join their team. Well-versed in online marketing practices, the Online Channel Marketing Manager will have at least four years’ experience in a consumer-focused position and have extensive knowledge of managing a variety of consumer-focused channel campaigns. Coming from a retail or consumer background, the successful candidate will have outstanding knowledge in digital marketing and possess superb communication skills. Happy to manage themselves in a thriving base, the Online Channel Marketing Manager will be self-sufficient and willing to adapt in a constantly-changing environment.
Working with a small team, you will be involved in a number of hands-on tasks to manage online growth, and be comfortable to build, motivate and analyse the online and offline marketing channels, adapting to the fast-paced and variable consumer market and understanding shopper behaviour. Using your digital marketing experience, you will also flourish connections with channel stakeholders, building the opportunity for the company in this very exciting time. Seizing the increasing opportunity for digital marketing, you will use your online experience to supplement your offline work, and maximise the ROI for the business.
