We’re currently on the hunt for our own B2B Team’s next superstar recruiter, to join a team of like-minded individuals who are always motivated to succeed.
We’re ideally looking for someone from a sales-driven background who is tired of meeting endless targets. We’re a team who work hard to achieve our goals, but we value quality over quantity, as the most integral part of our business are our clients, candidates, and the service they receive.
As a newbie Recruitment Consultant, we’ll give you all the training and guidance you need to succeed. You’ll need to be bright with a good initiative as by no means will you get a hand-holding, but there will be someone to support you every step of the way.
You’ll be managing your own recruitment projects, interviewing candidates face-to-face and via Skype to ensure they’re the right match, and searching the internal database for candidates that match the requirements of the brief you’ll be given by the client.
You’ll review applications, build relationships, and account manage your own range of clients, organising everything from a candidate’s interview, to communicating the offer they might receive at the end.

But, what now?
If you’re stuck at a crossroads in your career and are looking for the next step, we could have just the opportunity you’ve been looking for.
We’re currently on the hunt for our next superstar Recruitment Resourcer to join our team headquartered in Cambridge, located very close to the Leisure Park. (Which is always a bonus!).
We’re ideally looking for a recent graduate or a post-college student who wants real-life work experience rather than just constant studying and deadlines. You could have even left education a couple of years back and have just not found your place in a faceless corporation.
We don’t mind what your background is, we’re just looking for someone bright and motivated to succeed.
You’ll be working closely with senior members of the team on multiple recruitment campaigns at any given time, contacting candidates to discuss potential roles, and meeting them face-to-face and via Skype to ensure they’re the right fit.
As you become more confident, you’ll begin to manage your own recruitment projects, and will have the opportunity to account manage some of Brand’s clients, all while writing compelling job adverts and handling the applications you receive from them.
You’ll search our internal database for suitable candidates, keeping to the brief the client has given. Managing interview requests will be key, alongside making sure you’re keeping the candidate up-to-date throughout the entire process.
As a newbie to recruitment, we’ll give you all the training and guidance you need to succeed. You won’t be thrown in the deep-end, as there will be someone to support you every step of the way. However, you’ll need to show your initiative, as we want to find someone who can ‘hit the ground running’ and take everything in their stride!
