The Company - Marketing Manager

With over 30 years of operation and working on a global scale, our client has ambitious growth plans and are currently expanding globally, this is a great challenge to get your teeth stuck into… to be considered for this role, they are seeking candidates with experience within construction, building products or architectural world.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mentoring and line management to the marketing team (2 executives with potential for team growth in the future).
  • Manage relationships and brief external agencies.
  • Develop and execute an innovative array of promotional and marketing initiatives to attract a wider audience of architects and designers, thereby increasing product and service selection.
  • Collaborate with the Board to develop an annual strategic marketing plan.
  • To identify, define, and conduct appropriate market research, focusing on enhancing the company's product range and competitive pricing strategies.
  • Offer senior company staff a comprehensive research service encompassing market trends, industry insights, and commercial data.
  • Compose and refine the company's promotional materials, both in print and digital formats, including website maintenance.
  • Lead the scoping and requirements gathering for specific projects or marketing components within larger initiatives.
  • Generate business requirements documents and project briefs, overseeing their development and implementation, either internally or through external agencies.
  • Engage with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience within the building product / architectural industry.
  • Previous experience at Marketing Manager level with Line management

This role is office based in High Wycombe so please only apply if you live within commuting distance of High Wycombe, areas such as Marlow, Amersham, Maidenhead, Slough, Watford, Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross, Aylesbury, Oxford, Windsor, Rickmansworth and Chesham.
