We are looking for an individual who is highly organised, methodical and able to work on multiple recruitment projects at any given time, at speed, whilst shadowing a senior member of our team. Candidates who have worked in a fast paced and structured organisation would do well in this role, as would candidates with some light experience of either customer services or administration.
The role:
As a Recruitment Assistant you will be working with a senior member of the team on multiple recruitment campaigns at any given time. You’ll be speaking to candidates regarding positions, interviews and writing engaging copy to attract the absolute best marketing professionals in the region.
You will be given a real opportunity to learn from experienced recruiters, and will be generously rewarded with commission, and social incentives like weekend trips away!
Most of all… you must be hungry to succeed, as typically, team members who start in junior roles go onto great things within Brand! Confidence, professionalism and the ability to speak to anyone and everyone will be really key!

The package:
Salary - £18,000 - £12,000 base with OTE of £28,000 - £30,000
