The Company – Marketing Manager - Part-time
Our client is a property developer, both residential and commercial, based in Beaconsfield. They are seeking a part-time Marketing Manager to create and deliver the full-mix marketing strategy.
This is a stand-alone role with opportunity in the future to build a team. It’ll be 24-26 hours across 3 days.
The business is well established, award winning and high renowned in the local area and communities!
The Role – Marketing Manager - Part-time
Reporting into the Sales and Group Directors, you’ll be responsible for:
- Creating and implementing the marketing strategy across digital, campaigns and content.
- Writing content for a variety of channels such as the website, social media, blogs and PR.
- Maintaining the CRM, conducting and evaluating email campaigns.
- Working closely with SEO, website developers, and other external agencies.
- Producing collateral such as brochures and leaflets.
- Managing budgets.
Requirements – Marketing Manager - Part-time
To be considered for this position you’ll have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, able to create and deliver strategies autonomously. Ideally, you’ll have a background in property, though this is not essential.
Key skills across your experience should include content writing, social media management, and CRM with email campaigns. Proficiency in the Adobe Creative suite would be ideal.
Location
This position is based in the offices in Beaconsfield for the 3 days a week (24-26 hours) commutable from areas such as: High Wycombe, Marlow, Amersham, Slough, Maidenhead, Uxbridge, Rickmansworth, Chesham, Chinnor, Princes Risborough, Windsor, Berkhamsted, and wider areas of West London, Berkshire and south-east Buckinghamshire.
