This position is hybrid, based 3 days in the office and 2 working remotely.
The Role - CRM Manager
Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing the CRM marketing strategy.
- Managing lead nurturing campaigns alongside email, SMS and WhatsApp automation.
- A/B testing and optimisation, analysing campaign KPIs such as deliverability and click through rate.
- Ensuring the CRM system is well maintained, with accurate data and efficient segmentation.
- Driving lead generation and conversion.
Requirements - CRM Manager
- A minimum of 5 years CRM marketing experience.
- Ideally a degree or relevant marketing qualification.
- Proficiency of Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be an advantage.
- Experience in creating and delivering CRM and email strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and high levels of attention to detail.
- Stakeholder management experience.
Location
This position is hybrid, based 3 days in the office and 2 working remotely.
