The Company - Marketing Administrator

Our client is a prestigious education organisation based in central Cambridge, who are seeking a Marketing Administrator to join their marketing team of 6. The business is well-respected locally and nationally, boasting excellent grades and results from their pupils.

The Role - Marketing Administrator

This position reports into their Head of Marketing, working closely within the wider team.

You’ll be responsible for providing business wide administrative support, assisting with organising events, producing marketing materials and literature, undertake marketing research, and support on the delivery of multi-channel campaigns.

Ideally, you’ll be immediately available, and a DBS check will be required in order for you to be considered.

Requirements - Marketing Administrator

  • A minimum of 6 months marketing and administration experience, ideally across the full mix such as content writing, website updating and events.
  • A minimum of A level qualifications, with a degree in marketing or similar preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Capable of working autonomously and as part of the wider marketing team.


This is a full-time office-based position, with offices in Cambridge, a short walk from the train station. It is commutable from areas such as: Cambridge, Waterbeach, Ely, Soham, Newmarket, Sawston, Girton, Histon, Duxford, Stapleford, Fulbourn, Bottisham, Cambourne and St Neots.
