The Company – Marketing Manager
Our client is a growing B2B and B2C manufacturing organisation based on the outskirts of Ely, who are seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to head up the dynamic marketing and design team of 4.
Reporting into the Managing Director, you’ll be ambitious, have a strong commercial awareness and excellent communication and leadership skills.
The Role – Marketing Manager
You’ll be responsible for leading the team of 4 to implement the marketing strategies which you will develop and nurture. You’ll oversee all aspects or online and offline marketing and have a broad skillset also inclusive of both creativity and an eye for analytics.
Diving into the business’s routes to market, you’ll work closely with the Sales Leads to drive further growth, customer satisfaction and product sales.

Requirements – Marketing Manager
- A degree in marketing, CIM or similar
- A minimum of 5-7 years marketing experience, B2B preferred
- Demonstrable experience of developing marketing strategies across short and long term
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Line management experience of a small team
- Broad marketing mix skillset, able to be hands-on when required

Due to the location of the offices, this position is best suited to those commuting from Ely, Cambridge, Soham, Burwell, Newmarket, Littleport, Red Lodge, Mildenhall, March, Chatteris, Haddenham, Fordham, Waterbeach, Milton and Downham Market.
