Ecommerce Manager (12 months FTC), Essex –

The Role

The main duties of this role include:

• Implementation of the Ecommerce strategy to reach profit objectives, KPI’s and business sales.
• Day to day management of the website
• Appropriately segmentation of the database to maximise profits
• Use analytics to measure the success of campaigns and react accordingly
• Directly communicate with customers via email marketing using their internal CRM systems
• Brief and liaise with the design teams
• Be GDPR aware and ensure the correct storing of customer data
• Support the appointment of a new agency

The Requirements

To be considered for this role you will:

• Be commercially driven with 3-5 years’ experience of working in E-commerce
• Previous Email Marketing / CRM experience

Due to the location of their Essex based office this role is easily commutable from Basildon, Wickford, Southend-on-Sea, Colchester, Braintree, Bishop Stortford, Romford, Barking, Brentwood or Epping.
